Has anyone come across a IPC-Color4K-T that will crash after 48 hours of run time? The interface is up and connected on the switch, but the website is unresponsive along with the stream. Turning off the POE port multiple times is required to bring the camera back up. Rinse and repeat every 48 hours.

Tried the latest firmware, different switch, ports, etc. No change. I have not removed the camera from the building to inspect the connection, but it doesn't seem like that is the issue here.

Waiting on a response from support, but I though maybe someone has had this issue before.

Do you have an SD card in the camera? If so it could be failing.

When you updated the firmware, did you just update or did you do the factory reset? If you didn't factory reset, you likely just carried whatever is corrupt over.

It sounds crazy, but many here believe in 3 factory resets, flash firmware, 3 more factory resets and then set the camera up from scratch.

No SD Card.

I will try a few factory resets.

No luck on the factory reset. It did work for 72 hours or so, but died again after. Shutting down the POE port on the switch for a few hours and turning it back on seems to work. I suspect a hardware issue inside the camera.
