IPC-Color4K-T180 is buffering and screen goes blank every few seconds.

I got IPC-Color4K-T180 camera and it looks cool. But as I am testing this camera in web browser, it is buffering and screen goes blank every few seconds in live or setup mode. Is there a way fix that?

The default is H265 and 30FPS.

Change it to H264 and 15FPS.

Is it going thru the router?
