I was thinking of connecting a second set of Dahhua cams on the first floor by connecting a five cams to a POE switch that would be connected to a VELOP thats connected to the main VELOP router/cable modem. I wanted to get some feedback. This would prevent having to purchase a second NVR. I would go through the second floor but dont want to drill through the floor and running lines through interir wall from first to second will be a pain in the ass. I dont want to deall with conduit on the exterior. Any thoughts?
