I need my dahua cam to be able to sync time with the internet (NTP) and also use P2P, but it looks like the cam has no internet access when it's connected to the PoE switch of the recorder. Please help.

I'm thinkin your cam would sync with the Recorder? and the recorder would sync with Windows or NTP server? or use the ip address of the Recorder 192.168.1.x as the cams time sync?
is the recorder working on the internet?

isolating the cameras from the Internet is part of the intention of using the built in PoE switch of the NVR. Thus the 10.1.1.x address that can’t be accessed via the WAN

If you want the cameras exposed, use an external switch on the same LAN as your NVR and plug them into that
