I upgraded English firmware to the camera IPC-HDBW4631R-ZS. IPC-HDBW4631R-ZS is chinese version camera. After upgrade firmware, the camera became brick. I can connect to th camera through RS232, but I don't have chinese firmware for this camera.
Which firmware can be upagrade to the camera IPC-HDBW4631R-ZS, so as repair my camera?

How upgrade te firmware with ext .bin? My camera is a brick. I can upgrade firmware by RS232 only. To upgrade camera by RS232 I need file with ext .img.
 
I'm no expert, but I managed to use the TFTP method described here (after much trial and error). Sorry, I don't know anything about the RS232 method.
Dahua IPC EASY unbricking / recovery over TFTP

The .bin file (the latest chinese firmware from Dahua site) can be unzipped. I used winzip and ended up with the extracted files below in my TFTP root folder.
The commands.txt file contained the details below.
On bootup, the camera will look for "upgrade_info_7db780a713a4.txt" file in the root of a TFTP server running on 192.168.254.254 (as described in the article). It will execute each of the commands within. For example, "run dk" will transfer "kernel.img".
If I recall, one of these fail towards the end, but it didn't matter. As soon as all the files are transferred, stop the tftp server (ctrl+c) and let the camera reboot normally. Hopefully it will appear on 192.168.0.108.

This worked for me! THANK YOU! I must have tried every other firmware available (multi region, EN, etc... this was purchased on Amazon... is this a chinese firmware camera? is that why the update bricked me??)

Are we locked out of the bootloader with the new version or is my TTY cable busted? I only get the following output and ctrl+c doesnt seem to work:
