IPC-HDW1431T1 information and comparison if possible

I tried searching and could not find any information on the model IPC-HDW1431T1.

Is there any information on this model comparing it to the IPC-HDW2431 which is highly recommended as a budget camera?

Just found some info, based on this the 1413 is not a Starlight.

Wouldn't mind knowing more about this camera myself.
From what I have read, it is suggested to avoid the cheap end cameras even from a brand name. It has to be better than Reolink though??

Well here we go. I dont see anywhere more approriate to discuss this. Ive been messing around with putting together a cctv system for close to 3 years now. Ive bought everything i needed and also bought 2 cheap cams from a third party seller on walmart. Those cams cost me a grand total of $50...

Above all, if you want reasonable to good performance avoid Reolink, Sv3C, Blink and all the other consumer grade junk that's out there. Look for reviews with motion at night. Still shots at night are useless.
