IPC-HDW5442TM-ASE S3 audio out to audio in of another cam?

does the audio out line of the IPC-HDW5442TM-ASE output the same audio that's picked up by the mic? if so, can i directly connect it to a nearby ptz that has an audio in but no mic? having the audio from one cam on 2 cams? or is the audio out just for those onboard recorded messages?

The audio out would be to add a powered speaker that you could have send out pre-recorded messages or do two-way talk.

You would need to add a powered mic to the audio in or if you are using BI, assign the audio from one camera to the PTZ (not sure if you can do that with an NVR).
