Hello, I have three wifi cameras IPC-HFW1435S-W . Two are 100% the same and have firmware:

Device Type IPC-HFW1435S-W-0280B-S2
System Version V2.680.0000000.28.R, Build Date: 2021-09-11
WEB Version V3.2.1.1117604
ONVIF Version 19.12(V2.7.1.917204)
Security Baseline Version V2.1
(resolution 2560x1440 and saving *mp4 files)

but the third one is the same but different and has firmware:

Device Type IPC-HFW1435S-W
System Version V2.800.0000005.0.R, Build Date: 2019-03-25
WEB Version V3.2.1.709882
ONVIF Version 16.12(V2.4.3.651299)
Security Baseline Version V1.4
(and resolution 2688x1520 and saving *dav files)

The problem with the third one is that after entering PLAYBACK it does not highlight any day and I cannot download recordings (printscreen 1) On the phone I can normally view recordings in the DMSS application. I have set continuous recording exactly the same as in the other two cameras. (printscreen 2). The camera normally sees the SD card as LOCAL and increases the recording on it (which can be seen in the DMSS application on mobile) (printscreen 3)

I tried to upgrade the firmware of the third one from the link DahuaWiki through the website and through Configtool, in both cases ERROR pops up. Is there any firmware for the third one that would save in mp4 format and normally give access to PLAYBACK?

Make sure you are using Internet Explorer (yeah we know but it is still available).

Here is a thread from just this week showing how MP4 is available in Explorer but not other browsers:

Regarding firmware, there are so many chipsets manufacturers are using that it is best to get the firmware from the vendor you purchased it from. Otherwise you run the risk of bricking it or it not taking. The same model number may have 4 different firmwares based on the chipset used during its life.
