IPC-HFW1831E but with a built in MIC

Is there a camera that is similar form factor/size and MP as the IPC-HFW1831E but also has a built in MIC? It would need to be able to use the same junction box as the IPC-HFW1831E which is the PFA121.

I did find the IPC-HFW5831E-Z5E that has audio inputs which may work, for that would I just add a microphone like https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00M5P7HCW
