I recently upgraded to 190404 while trying to resolve an image loss issue in my DVR. It turned out to be a bug in my DVR, which is now fixed.
Meanwhile, I now have 190404 on my IPC-HFW1831E camera.
Since this upgrade, I lost the ability to set the bitrate higher than 11264. It used to have a higher upper limit.
Also, it seems that if I run the bitrate any higher than 8192, the image will start to lag behind realtime. I have run this camera at max bitrate for several years on the same DVR with no problems. Now I have to use 8192 to keep the image current.
I am running h265_3840x2160_15FPS_VBR_Q6 with a custom bitrate. It happens with h264 as well.
Has anyone else run into these problems?
@EMPIRETECANDY Is there a newer firmware that I can try? I have not been able to find one.
If not, is it possible to downgrade? Where would I find older firmware?
