IPC-HFW2325S-W brick help me!!!

Hello my dahua (chinese version) is semi bricked.
I can connect to the camera with serial (putty) and also trough Config Tools (IP 192.168.1.108 and port 3800 works).
The problem is that the camera cannot boot properly and I can't fine the right FW to install on it.
this is the resoult of putty :
