IPC-HFW5231E-Z12E zoom via browser but not in BI

I have the above cam. I can zoom in/out via browser. But cannot zoom in/out via BI.

What settings in BI are your camera properties:

• Video, Configure, Make, Model camera drop down menu selections
• PTZ/Control: Enable PTZ and camera/mfg. drop down menu selection

Thanks. You led me to solving my issue. What worked was choosing IPC-HFW5231 from the Network IP drop down menu in the PTZ/Controls tab.

I usually just go with the default.
