IPC-T2431T-AS password error?

This is the third camera i have and im having a problem changing the IP on this one

I am using the little app (like i do with the rest) to initialize the camera (put in a new password)
Then when i go to modify the IP i get a password Error

I already tried resetting the camera
Any idea?

Is the little app called ConfigTool? If so, maybe check to make sure it's the latest version?

Worse case you should be able to use the browser to activate the cameras (which will have you set the password), then either continue using the web browser to also change the IP (or switch over to ConfigTool for that).
