Hey, hopefully someone can help me out.
I have IPC-T3841T-ZAS on a DHI-NVR5216-16P-I. IPC-T3841T-ZAS will not record "higher bit and framerate" when it recognizes motion detection. The NVR recognizes that motion took place but the framerate stay the same.
I have total 3 cameras on this NVR: IPC-T3441T-ZAS, maybeIPC-T5442TM-AS, IPC-T3841T-ZAS.
Just little back ground I have 14 axis cams, & 40 "dahua" cams at a business, which is a mix of Chinese, Empiretech and Lorex cams. So I know that dahua firmware and software is can be little bit buggy and almost always found work arounds to get them to work correctly.
The two other cameras work correctly for motion activation.
The 3441T-ZAS works correctly and basically the same menu wise to the IPC-T3841T-ZAS.
I have defaulted the camera, recently updated the firmware on NVR. turn off/on SMD. Turn off/on NVR AI on that channel. Smart Code is set to closed. Schedule is set correctly. Completely removed camera from NVR and readded it.
All the setting are the exact same as the IPC3441T-ZAS, but still will not change the framerate when it "sees motion" Cam Firmware is V2.800.15OG000.0.R.
Maybe I could reflash it if I had the correct firmware?
If someone can help me out it would be great.
Thanks
