IPC-T541R-AS - Smart motion detection conflicts with the smart plan - can't turn it on

The IPC-T541R-AS 3.6mm from Andy is my newest camera. I can't turn on the 'Smart Motion' in order to configure the IVS. I can't even see references to IVS at the moment. Every time I attempt to enable the 'Smart Motion Detection' a message pops up claiming there is a conflict with the smart plan. What setting do I need to disable to enable the smart plan? I've attached relevant screenshots.

Smart Motion and IVS are two different things.

Smart Motion needs Motion Detection on in order to turn Smart Motion on.

Turn MD and SMD off.

Go to the Home icon top left

Go to AI

Then set up IVS

Don't feel bad, the new GUI got all of us too trying to find IVS lol
