I have a Uniview ipc324er3-dvpf28 POE dome camera that I bought in 2017. I reset the user/password when I got it but I can't find it anywhere.
On the uniview website, it says to send the s/n to them but I can't find a support email or phone# (it's in China I think). Does anyone know how to reset this back to factory defaults? There is no micro-switch on the circuit board. Or does anyone know how to get in touch with them?
All my cameras are connected to BI5 and I don't use cloud access for them.
UPDATE: I was able to get help from uniview and I can log in now...
