I'm using the DAHUA SD42C212T-HN IPCAM to stream on YouTube.
I have a problem: since I take the audio input not from the camera but from another source (which comes with a 3,5cm jack from the microphone to my laptop), the default Dahua web software does not detect the external audio input. So when I try to stream on YouTube only the video works.
OBS studio instead detects the audio input but not the video source since it's not plugged on the laptop and I have no idea how to add the video source from the Dahua ipcam. I'm currently using a trick embedding the web browser source in OBS studio to make video and audio work together. But it's not a solution; it's just a temporary fix. Googled a while and found someone is using ffmpeg to join video and audio but I'm not able to make it work as I wanted.
Any suggestion?
