We have recently moved house and it has a Dahua security we couldn’t access the security as it was linked to previous owners, after resetting system and signing in I can’t get past where it connects to ip address etc, I keep getting “ipv6 format error” I’ve tried everything I can think of and googled but can’t get past this, Dahua also don’t respond to emails. Would love any suggestions to get it sorted. Thanks

- Camera model(s)?
- Camera quantity?
- NVR model?
- How are the cams connected to the NVR?
- Is there a LAN at the location?
- Is the NVR connected to the Internet?
- If so....how and what type of Internet......DSL, cable, satellite, LTE cellular, fiber, etc. ?
