Please look to screen.
First screen is in night without IR mode (normal day mode) YES screen is horrible but normal in night.

But I have problem with second screen. The same time, but I use IR (integrade in camera) and night mode.

Can you help me please?
Sorry my english...

Second image looks like moisture inside lens or IR-bounce back due to either foggy/dirty dome, missing/out-of-place foam ring around lens inside dome or both. Remove dome, clean inside/outside with non-ammonia cleaner and soft, lintless cloth and insure foam ring in place to prevent IR bounce-back into camera lens at night.

When the foam ring is misplaced or missing, IR bleed from the LEDs reflects from the INSIDE of the dome directly into the camera lens. IR bounce-back is also caused by moisture inside the dome and a dirty dome on the INSIDE as well. Over time, UV from sunlight can degrade the dome as well.

Once the issue with the dome itself and the foam ring is resolved, try setting camera back to defaults regarding Day/Night modes and IR On/Off ("Auto"?).
