Hello,
I recently purchased a DS-2DE4A220IW-DE running version 5.5.3.
Seems to work fine during daytime but the magic starts during night time... It is set to switch automatically day/night (and I tried all settings possible over the course of last week)
Out of the blue it starts toggling very fast between day/night, IR clicking every few seconds... after a minute or so it reverts back to night mode and continues work normal for around one hour. (it has no scheduled switching set)
The camera is, for testing purposes, simply pointed to a wall with no moving objects or light emitting elements. For the completeness of this question I want to mention that another Hikvision camera is in the same room (also with IR on) but this camera works completely as expected.
I'm at my wits end and at the verge of returning the product.
Does any one have experienced a similar issue and was able to resolve it by applying certain settings? I don't believe there is an software update >5.5.3 that addresses such an issue?
