is POE++ a reliable option?

I want to add 3-4 cameras in a new location. However, I'd prefer to not run 3-4 new lines to that area. I can add a 90w poe++ injector, run 1 line, then hook the cameras up to a PoE Passthrough Switch like the one linked to below. Is that a reliable option?

Definitely. The specs say that unit can supply up to 30w per port and a max total of all ports of 64w.

It's outdoor-rated also in those same specs but I'd still mount it out of direct weather if at all possible and use dielectric grease on the ports.
