iSpy Agent CPU 100%

Greetings,

IT professional new to the iSpy Agent. We have approx 16 HikVision IP cameras in total. I've removed all but 1 camera, and the Agent is still pegging the CPU at 100%.

Hardware:
Intel i7-8650U 1.9GHZ
16 GB
This is cira 2017 and can be upgraded if necessary, but I don't think the hardware is the issue.

Attached a few screenshots of the camera settings-any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Also, MAX CPU is set to 85%

16 is a ton if all set to 4k
I got 3 on a vista laptop and I had to set them to low stream channels like 640-360
you may need to back some cameras down that dont really need priority

not sure what the video card is but that would probably help if you had a add-on card and not integrated
