Issue seeing image through web plug in

Hey all. I have two Dahua SD1A203T-GN cameras. Im having an issue with one. When i log into the camera using the web plugin, i cant see the live preview. Cam works fine through NVR and GDMSS.

Any suggestions? Checked software, all up to date.
