Hello, I have a Hikvision DVR DS-7208HGHI-F1/N, and I need to reinstall the firmware because I forgot the user, password, and recovery email. However, it is not allowing me to proceed. Both devices are connected via cable to a switch on the same LAN. The PC has the IP 192.0.0.128 with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0, and the DVR responds to ping on .64 momentarily when I plug and unplug the power, but then it stops responding. The TFTP server shows no activity. On the PC, the firewall is disabled, I have no antivirus, and I am running the Hikvision TFTP application as an administrator from the root of the C drive.
