Issues with AI Not Responding & Error 500

I'm a bit confused by this one, I'd appreciate any insight.

I moved some equipment this weekend, following the move (was within the same room) I'm having some weird issues with Blue Iris.

Setup:
HP SFF
-On board NIC to Primary Network
-Secondary NIC to POE/Camera Network
-All devices on POE network are static IP addresses.

I run CodeProject AI 2.6.5 locally on my BI computer (as a backup) and as a docker on an Unraid system. With the Unraid system I get sub 20ms response time, whereas the local instance gets on average 200-300ms.

Following the move, everything appeared to be working properly, however I have been getting the following errors:

AI Not Responding
AI Response Timed Out.

Never had an issue before. Checked the network cables, tried new network cables. Checked for packet loss/errors and I'm not seeing any reports.... which would only make sense for the docker container on a different system. With it happening on the local copy of Code Project (127.0.0.1), I'm really at a loss here.

I've updated Blue Iris to 5.9.9.3 and still have the same problem.

What's weird? it only happens sometimes... sometimes everything works the way I'd expect, I get the alerts (via pushover). Other times, it's just a complete disaster.

Normally I keep the AI pointed at the docker for speed, but for diagnostics at this point I have it pointed local as I try to figure out what the heck happened.

My BI PC is set to block automatic windows updates. I checked, and the last update was installed weeks prior to the move, so I don't expect a toxic update got through and borked something.

An example of the error messages:

Well dang, I really don't know what is going on now. Suddenly it stopped throwing the error messages and everything seems happy again.
