I have 2 email-to-text alerts setup - one for my phone (Verizon) and one for my wife's phone (Xfinity mobile)
Whenever there's motion...only 1 of the 2 alerts will fire. For some reason, the Verizon one won't fire. Once in a great while it will, but usually not.
Both alerts are exact duplicates of each other, except for the cell service and phone #.
This doesn't seem like an email server or cell provider issue, as BI doesn't even show that it's firing the notification???
