Issues with the cameras on NVR HikVision

Hello buddies,
I`m new here and I can not solve strange issue with my new system.
NVR DS-7632NXI-K2
Latest firmware
Few cameras that are visble localy
The broblem is that I can not see any cameras available thru the IVMS on PC. When I enter all the connection data needed in the IVMS the NVR pops up immediatly in green but there is no cammeras.
I've got static IP and using Port 8000 as Server port and 8001 as HTTP port for distance control. No firewall was set to block that ports.

I take it that you are using IVMS-4200 Client? Under maintenance and management, I take it the NVR comes up with a green check mark on the "online" is in green. Under Main View at the top, you have to add a
Custom View right below it. Put your cursor on Custom View and you will see a + mark come up. Click on that to add the view and then the cameras you want shown on that view.

The problem was with the ISP as they did not forward the proper Port for the server. I was not able to change it by my self because the router is under their managment.
Problem resolved.
