iVMS-4200 and slowly remote playback

Hello.

First I want apologize for my bad English.

Is some way to speed up remote playback? When I choose camera and date, so it take about 10 second when playback starts.

Hikvision DS-2CD2012-I camera recording main stream (1080p at 25fps).

Is possible to play remote records with sub-stream?

Yes, you have to set the setting in the recorder. Are you using a nvr or Blue Iris?
