IVMS-4200 How can i upgrade uesers limit on cameras, how can i watch sub-stream?

we have 40 cameras my company and 2 NVR.
if 5 - 6 users connect the cameras i get error
so how can i watch sub-stream on ivms-4200 or
how can i upgrade users limitation
