Hi all. I'm new to the world of Hikvision and have run into a problem with smart searching
On PC browser and direct from the NVR, I can get screens showing the motion from humans/vehicles as shown below
However, iVMS-4200 keeps saying 'please select a camera'
Am I doing something wrong? Enable Dual-VCA is ticked, as is Save Camera VCA Data within the NVR.
