Hi Everyone,
Can someone help me out please.
I am running iVMS-4200 ver:2.7.0.10 on my pc.
plus the Storage Server is installed.
I have had it running well for over a month.
I desided that I would like to Add extra storage
to increase the storage video time as I had only 8 days recording
to play back remotley
So I added a 10TB hard drive which integrated succesfully with the storage Server.
After rebooting the PC and running it for a couple of days
I ran the remote playback and still only had 8 days remote playback.
Can anyone shed some light on whats going on and in how to correct this?
