Currently having an issue with a network camera for a large retail space. Supposedly after a power bump the camera began to "auto-scan" and won't respond to any kind of PTZ input on the iVMS software. I've tried several troubleshooting methods such as disabling "auto change stream-type", resorting factory defaults to the camera, as well as trying to use the "pre-defined" presets to turn off the auto-scan, however the camera does not respond to any PTZ input using the iVMS software.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this is occurring? Or perhaps any troubleshooting methods I may have missed? Thanks.
Edit: The error code constantly being displayed is HCNetSDK.dll [[23]] After looking up the error code, it is showing as "NET_DVR_NO SUPPORT" If the DVR doesn't support PTZ function, how is the camera auto-scanning?
