iVMS-4500 Software losing connection to video recorder

Hello I'm new to this forum and new to using iVMS-4500. I have a camera system with a Ameba HD video recorder and the software the installer provided is iVMS-4500. He setup two connection (internal & external) for when I was using home Wifi and when I was using iPhone Verizon data. Problem I have is that I lose connection to my system. System is connected to my AT&T wifi modem using a cable. I can reboot DVR and my connections come back for a few days. Then they are not accessible from a remote connection on either internal or external. But if I reboot DVR they come back. Acts like something with IP address might be getting screwed up and possibly rebooting re-connects. The DVR itself works fine. I do not lose connection or recording to any of my cameras. Problem is only with the loss of the remote connection.

Would appreciate any help.
