iVMS fixing problems

I'm using HIKVision for quite long time, but now was time to set up card access and now problems started.

So firstly, I have NVR + cameras + 2 video intercom devices as seen in attachment devices.png.

My problem is that now I want to change door unlock time from 15 seconds to 5 seconds and I get problem:
NET_DVR_CHAN_EXCEPTION18Device channel is in exception status.

Did anybody have same problem and how to resolve it (attachment hikproblem1.png)?
Because of that I can not save changes which was made.. But I get this error only on "Access and Elevator Control" page under device control..

Also I have other problem in iVMS that if I want to unlock / open door I get error 50-23. So I can not control opening door via iVMS. But it is working via Hik-Connect app on Android.. Attachment: 50-23.png

Tell me what's the version of IVMS and whats your outdoor unit/FW?

Hello, I have the same problem - error 50-23. IVMS-4200 3.3.0.7, door station DS-KV8402-IM fw:1.5.1 190613.
Can anybody help? We need to control door from IVMS. Thanks!
