IVMS not Live viewing

Hi, Anyone has any idea why I cant view cameras on ivms. I connected the ivms to the nvr and it added the device without any issues but when I click to open any camera to view it says the following (please go to the modify camera interface to set encryption key and restart live view). What is the main reason for this? I actually didn't have time to check them properly because of time and it was late.

Any suggestions?

Go to the camera group setting
That’s where you see the little boxes
Click modify then you will see stream key
Enter the nvrs verification code that’s on the nvr (ABCDEF) what ever yours is
Click copy to all and save
Then the feed will show
Also if your on the web GUI enter that code there too under local settings

No problem love sharing my grief I had for a hr before I worked it out.happy to help.
If you run more than one nvr and use internet explorer you will be told the stream key is wrong when you switch between nvrs on the web just re enter your code under the local setting if you only run one nvr you won’t have this problem

This stream key encryption is used on the new nvr
When you use iVMS on the computer or internet explorer
It will say stream is encrypted then you enter your key in
If you can see your cameras and nothing is asking for an encryption key
You will be fine

Wheh i'm trying to view camera pop's up next message "Camera_1 stream is encrypted. Please go to modify Camera interface to set the Encryption Key and restar view". There no place where i can enter my key, just this message.
maybe previous version of ivms can help?

its in the group section that’s where you will find it
That’s where all the tiny little pictures of your cameras are
In the encoding section

my screen just from group section, all the tiny little pictures of my cameras are there, that was my 1st step. My mind blowing.

working in previous version(v2.4.1.3), there is such option "Encryption Key", tnx bro)
