Hello, I am setting a VM with IVMS 4200 to monitor my hikvision NVR/DVRs, I gave 2 processors and 4 gb of ram to the VM, with that hardware I am able to access via web to one of my NVR and live view the 3 channels of that NVR without a problem, but if a add that same NVR to the IVMS 4200 and try to play only "ONE" channel in the main view, my processor goes to 100% because the decodeproccess process, I already try to enable hardware decoding, uncheck auto select stream type, enable shortest delay. and the same outcome.
am I missing a configuration to enable the NVR to do the "Hard Work" or decoding and just watch the channels like the web interface?
or Is any reason that the web interfaces can play all the channels and the IVMS can not deal with ONE
