Hello, i have a problem settind opening time for door electric lock with a DS-KD8003ime1 doorbell, unlocking is working but it keeps the contact opened for 15 seconds, i checked in access control and found a specific setting regarding duration time for relay and button with no time set, but i have no chance to change values as everything is greyed out, probably i'm missing something, any help ould be much appreciated......
