IVMS VCA Enable

Hi Im trying to configure VCA on so i can see the motion thats been detected through IVMS. Every setting i adjust doesnt seem to enable it?

Ive seen before picture of the Line crossing lines been visible in blue and motion been in green?

Any ideas?

NVR = DS-7608NI-K2 / 8P - V4.21.005 build 190509

Cameras = DS-2CD2347G1-LU - V5.6.2 build 190701
 
In the local settings "enable rules" this will show the configured areas.

In each cameras webpage:
  • Video/Audio > Display Info On Screen
  • Check the "Enable Dual-VCA" checkbox - it's disabled by default on the ColorVu's
That will work to display motion in the camera & NVR webpage and iVMS 4200 software. However it'll not work with the iVMS 4500 phone app.
