I have a ds-7608 dvr with 4 hikvision cameras connected to it. I have enabled the cloud service on the dvr and i can access it on my phone using 4g on my android phone.
it was all working fine, but suddenly one camera keeps giving error "connection failed" when trying to access via ivms app. this camera shows up fine on the actual dvr, and even on ivms app itself if i connect it locally at home using wifi even then it works fine.
all cameras are identical with same firmware. i have checked every singe setting but can't see anything which is different.
i am tearing my hair out so any tip or hint in trouble shooting would be greatly appreciated.
