IVS alerts recorded to camera SD card but do not show in Blue Iris

I installed Blue Iris 5 on a secondary PC for me to test and learn with before rolling out to my primary PC as an upgrade from version 4. I've been testing for about a month. There are 10 cameras, 8 of which are Dahua, 3 of those are IVS enabled. The version of BI5 currently running is 5.9.9.36.
The 3 IVS enabled cameras are SD49225XA-HNR, HDW5442T-ZE, and T54IR-ZE-S3. The issue I am seeing is there are IVS triggers recorded on the camera SD card that is not seen in Blue Iris. For example, on 5/6 on the 5442, the last alert in Blue Iris was at 6:06pm, but the camera had 8 IVS triggers past that time recorded on the SD card. I can't explain why, but there are more of these issues after dark, but it does not happen exclusively at night, or why that would have any bearing on why there is an IVS triggered recording on the SD card that did not show an alert and recording in Blue Iris. It is also not consistent, so I can't say it is a configuration issue, since most of the time the IVS triggered recordings align on both the SD card and the Blue Iris alert recordings. I believe I have everything set to recommended settings, ONVIF status GetEvents OK. This seems to happen primarily with the SD49225XA-HNR and the HDW5442T-ZE. I started noticing the discrepancy when I saw a recording in Blue Iris from the T54IR-ZE-S3 (something that would have definitely triggered the other two cameras IVS tripwires), but did not see the same recording in Blue Iris from the other two cameras. But all three cameras had the IVS triggerd recordings on the SD cards. All cameras added via find/inspect. Cameras deleted and added back to Blue Iris multiple times via find/inspect did not change this condition. How am I seeing IVS recordings on the SD card that is not being seen in Blue Iris? If I was not in a testing mode with a higher level of due diligence, I probably would not have gone back to another camera to see if that camera had recordings that another camera should, but didn't.
Any thoughts?

In BI, there are a few places you need to set this up in BI:

In Camera configure setting check the box "Get ONVIF triggers".

Hit Find/Inspect on the camera setting to pull the coding for the triggers.

Go into Motion Setting and select the "Cameras digital input" box OR "ONVIF/CAMERA EVENTS" based on which BI version you have. Turn off BI Motion Detection if you don't want to use it:

Thank you. These cameras are set up as you describe for the ONVIF events. I get the rule detection alerts in Blue Iris. What I can't figure out is that on a daily basis, there will be a couple recordings on the SD card of an IVS trigger that is not shown in Blue Iris, but for the most part, all camera recording and alerts in Blue Iris align. I figure if I had it configured wrong, I would not be seeing any ONVIF events at all.

I would never have noticed had I not been checking functionality of all the cameras, and started noticing alerts on the T54IR that I would not see from one or both of the other cameras. Under normal circumstances, I would not be reviewing one camera to see if another camera had missed alerts. I had to reach out to the community for advice, since my main BI4 install is being triggered by motion, and I'm ready to upgrade, but this has thrown some shade on my plans. Of course, I can always go and review recordings on the camera itself, but I shouldn't have to. The cameras work fine. Once I got them dialed in for Blue Iris 5, I can't recall seeing a discrepancy in IVS triggers between the recordings on the SD cards of the three cameras, the discrepancy only appears in Blue Iris.
