IVS event not listed in playback

Hi.

I've setup IVS, smart plan on the cam and not in the NVR. Record is ticked on the cam and also on the NVR when i check on the NVR web interface.
IVS works fine, if I go to the web interface of the NVR -> AI -> SMART SEARCH -> IVS and do a search i've my event, and alarm works fine on iphone apps.

But in playback mode, web interface or smart pss on Mac all the timeline of the channel is green (normal record) but no event marked .. never.

Just in case motion detection not activated on cam, only SMART PLAN/IVS/INTRUSION

CAM : IPC-HDW5541H-AS-PV (but same thing with other AI models ..)
NVR : AI NVR5216-16P-I

Any suggestions ?

Do you have IVS events being recorded on the NVR record tab?

Was not set on channel 2 (the one where i need it) but was ok and set on "all" .. so will try ..
