IVS isnt recording

Hello there,
I recently bought the EmpireTech IPC-Color4K-T and now I wanted to set up IVS because Motion Detection really recorded every fly lol.
But now I have the problem that IVS does not record. I sometimes (not always!) get a snapshot in the DMSS app, but it doesn't record at all.
Can anyone help me with what the problem could be? I have customized the recording schedule of all cameras for IVS.

Edit:
I just looked into the IVS if there are any recordings and it did record but I havent gotten any notifications in the DMSS app. Is there any way to fix that?

To get notifications. You must have P2P enabled and be signed in (in the app) to the Dahua cloud service.
Then you must identify the alerts you want in the app under Device Details/Multi channel alarm subscription
 
To improve the IVS you could try to use less drawing and when you draw not so close to the edge. The camera needs some space to make the calculation.

On topic;
-try to reboot nvr and see if this helps.
-log on straight on the camera (in camera list on the nvr and then explorer)browser logo) and then check at IVS on the camera if the record function is checked/added.

thanks I fixed the drawing and it was actually how @bigredfish said. In the DMSS app the alarms for the IVS were turned off.
Now everything is working flawlessly.
