IVS pre-recording and post recording on iDMSS

Anyone know where to adjust the setting for pre and post recording on iDMSS? I tried several setting in camera, NVR and iDMSS itself but it still seem to have a long pre-recording. About 10 seconds long.

It seems to me on my iDMSS when I get an alert there is about 10 second worth of pre-recording before it before it get to the part that triggered the iVS. I would like to change that to zero and have it instantly playback what triggered the IVS.

Anyone know where the pre-recording setting that affect the iDMSS recording length time for playback viewing or how to set it that it start playing back at the time IVS was triggered not 10 second earlier?

I believe I tried that setting and it only affect when you only use motion detect without any continual recording. It seem to be if I use continual recording and IVS both then iDMSS goes back 10 seconds and start playing back from there.

I will try this setting again.
