Hey guys!
I'm having trouble with IVS on a IPC-HDW4431EM-ASE (with firmware 2.460.0000000.16.R, Build Date: 2017-09-04 on it).
IVS runs fine on it.
But: When setting a push notification on the iDMSS Plus app on iOS, I can't get the app to show me a movie clip of the actual event. It says "no recordings" (in Dutch) in the app and there is nothing to playback.
When telling the push notification to show the Live Feed, it work perfectly.
This all is when using the iDMSS app directly on the camera.
When I connect to my NVR, then this works perfectly fine, the movie clip of the actual event gets pushed just as it should.
When using the normal iDMSS event playback directly on the camera, the IVS events do show up and playback.
This is just a test, but I need this to work on the camera itself on another address.
Funny thing: when in the "Settings", "Storage", "Schedule"- menu on the camera, there only are possibilities to check the boxes "General", "Motion", and "Alarm". Not for "IVS" recording. Maybe this has something to do with it?
Anyone got ideas?
