Can't get the camera to stream on IOS on iWMS5200 when on 3G network, works on any public wifi with iPad and iPhone, but not on 3G with iPhone.
The camera is 2CD2142 with firmware version V5.3.6., using hiddns. Router is Netgear D6200, NAT and UPnP is enabled. I have opened all the ports but as i am using hiddns that should not matter.
Is there a setting in the router i'm missing or is it the mobileprovider (Three, UK) that blocks it.
I can't get the "device verification code" to work, there was no code provided with the camera despite it being a UK version camera, default ABCDEF does not work. I have sent an email to the supplier for a code, no answer yet.
Hiddns is setup and should be working, i could not get the code to work there but when i entered the long serial no it accepted it without code!
Seen various threads with similar issues, none solved that i could find.
