Jidetech BC1-2MP on iSpy

I have a Jidetech BC1-2MP that I bought to use on iSpy. Evidently the model works on iSpy, but I cannot get it to connect. Does anyone here have any insight on how to get it to work? I am a relative newbie, but I have two other cameras I am running on iSpy. I haved tried numerous combinations of ways to get it on. Jidetech says it will work on iSpy and others have said it will work. I just need the exact formula to get on.

I just ran into the same issue. Then I realized the the bc1-2mp defaults to h265. Just switch both main and sub to h264 and you're set
