my walls are bare now, no sheet rock yet.
what junction box do i need to make this Reolink or any IP cameras to be more flushed to the wall?

Since you're talking indoors, consider the Dahua gang box adapter, available from EmpireTech on amazon:

Check the diameter of the Reolink to insure it'll work with the adapter. Consider a low voltage box with open back which will leave more room for the pigtail, the blue boxes like you pictured are VERY cramped. To secure to stud, consider this one.

BTW, are you SURE you want any Reolink cameras?

EDIT: 10/7 @ 1600 CDT: they do make a nice doorbell cam, I've got 2 of 'em.
