on IOS and Android app the live and recorded video will only play 1 second and stops. It will not play any clip completely. There seemed to be a problem where it would freeze in live view at times. It has now gotten worse. Not sure if this is due to the new update but server is on the latest release of BI.
I have rebooted the machine and etc. This is happening across multiple mobile devices internal and external to the local network. Any ideas?
