Live feed differences in UI

I have 2 new cameras that i'm accessing via chrome in windows 10 and getting different experiences with live view. I'm assuming its with the firmware or specific camera versions.

IPC-HDW5442TM-AS - Live view works when logging into camera via IP.

Normal. Some firmware's have the ability to view without plugins, and some don't as yet.

This isn't going to help, but I have two cams on the SAME firmware, and one live view works and one doesn't.

Does work:

I have the same, have 6 5231-ze cams and some show a live video but others demand that a plugin be installed. I keep all of them at the same firmware version and always go through the same steps when upgrading so have never really understood why.
