Live view not working?

I'm using the web gui to access the live view on my HDW2231, and it prompts me to install "NACL Web plug-in" even after installing the necessary software, it still doesn't work. Also, I can record onto the SD card, but I can't view the video unless I download it. SmartPSS doesn't detect my camera, but ConfigTool does. I'm still learning and I've been reading the Dahua Wiki trying to figure things out but I'm having a difficult time getting the live camera to work.

plug-ins don't work with all browsers.
Try Pale Moon.

Wow, I didn't even think about trying a different browser. I had problems with Chrome, but switched to Firefox and everything works! Awesome, thank you!

I used to use Firefox. But after a Firfox update, the plug in stopped working. Others reported the same thing. Folks here steered me to Pale Moon, and that worked..... YMMV
